Be ready with answers to the tough policy questions, developed by a recognized expert in the field of disability-related issues. Lauri Sue Robertson was a member of the Employment Standards Committee of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. She was contracted by the Ministry of Community and Social Services to write all of the participants’ and trainers’ manuals used by the Greater Toronto Hotel Administration and the Ontario Public Service on customer service for people who have disabilities. Experience in corporate human resources for several industrial/commercial environments ensures an appropriate balance between the demands of private enterprise and the needs and expectations of employees and customers who live with disabilities.
