![]() Implementing the Customer Service Standard for your organization workshop. AODA Training ½ Day Customized and extremely intensive, this half day AODA program will prepare in-house training staff to deliver disability awareness workshops of superior quality to your employees. Graduates of the workshop will leave with all that they require to implement AODA Customer Service Training in their workplace. Certificates will be issued to all participants. Half- day (8:30 am-12 noon): Participants will enhance their understanding of the AODA legislation, with a focus on the Customer Service Standard. You will leave with a draft policy and knowledge of how to develop an implementation plan and the training materials to roll-out in your organization. Cost: for workshop attendee is $429. Cancellation Policy: Full refund (minus a $65 administration fee) if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to workshop date. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to workshop, registration fee in non-refundable but is transferable.
