Total: ˝ Day Customized and extremely intensive, this half-day AODA program will prepare in-house training staff to deliver disability awareness workshops of superior quality to your employees. Graduates of the workshop will leave with all that they require to implement AODA Customer Service Training in their workplace. Certificates will be issued to all participants. Workshop Modules
Who Should Attend?This workshop is recommended for HR staff and Business Owners and others who need to understand their responsibilities with regard to the AODA and the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, especially those directly involved with creating policies, practices and procedures, as well as those who roll out their company training. What You Will Receive Each participant will receive HR Proactive’s AODA Training Video, Sample Policy and Comprehensive 30-page Participant Guide to take back to their workplace and implement.
