Customized and extremely intensive, these two or three-day programs will prepare in-house training staff to deliver disability awareness workshops of superior quality to your employees. Graduates of the Train the Trainer programs receive a detailed Trainers’ Workbook of information on course development and delivery methods, plus certification that is valid for one year. Free telephone and email consultations are provided to all graduates who maintain their certificates.

Annual refresher courses of three to six hours provide extensions of the certification, and allow the expert trainers to re-examine the lessons previously taught. At this time we will discover and correct any inaccuracies in the curriculum your in-house trainers have developed. Each participant who completes the refresher program will receive new disability-related information and research that has been developed over the previous year.

Yearly programs allow the purchase of up to 750 copies of the regularly updated, copyrighted Participants’ Workbooks. These125-page, highly detailed workbooks are the vital basis for our high calibre Participants’ programs. This system allows you to train up to 750 participants per year, at half the cost of students in an instructor-led program. This is the most economical method to train large employee populations.
