HR Proactive Inc., will create a customized program to train your staff on the best techniques for working with clients and coworkers who have disabilities. Programs range from 90 minutes to three and a half hours, or longer if you choose. Your assessment of your employees’ needs and questions dictate the contents and length of each session.

You may request one coordinator, or a team of up to six trainers who all live with different disabilities. The issues we address include physical, vision, speech, learning, intellectual, psychiatric, learning and neurological disabilities, as well as those relating to people with hearing loss, chemical sensitivities, or facial differences.

Hands-on, entertaining and interactive workshops are delivered to groups of 10 to 20 participants, and include exercises designed to illustrate scenarios from your work environment. Informative and fast-paced keynote speeches or seminars can address audiences of any size, up to hundreds of people at one time.

Costing is flexible, depending upon the amount of customization, the number of trainers you request, and the possibility of using the same program content for subsequent groups of your staff.
